Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peertrade items. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how we can help.

Our Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for all full-priced items. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal: Click here and enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason.
  3. Generate Label: A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated for you.
  4. Pack and Drop Off: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking shows as "delivered".

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, your new item(s) will be shipped out as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. We will send you a new tracking number once the exchange order has dispatched.

Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at cost@peertrade.online with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
