We ship globally. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
For orders shipping to the US, UK, and EU, all taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For orders shipping outside these regions, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Peertrade is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. All our shipments are carbon neutral. We calculate the carbon footprint of our shipping operations and invest in verified carbon offset projects to balance it out.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Peertrade account.
